Joining SFWoW is as easy as subscribing to the SF WoW mailing list. The list is a resource for the women of our community, a place to ask technical questions, post job leads, share an accomplishment, discuss issues of importance to women in technology or even get a recommendation for a great weekend getaway! Keep in mind as you join and post to this list, you are essentially ’speaking’ to a crowd of hundreds of peers. Some you know, some you do not, and some you may meet in a future corporate setting. If your posts are ones that you would feel comfortable reading in front of a crowd of that size, they’ll likely be appropriate for the list.
