Irene Marshall has helped people get jobs for seven years. She started as a recruiter with Robert Half, doing direct-hire placement for people in finance and accounting. She left Robert Half in 2003 and established Tools for Transition, a company dedicated to helping people make good changes in their lives. Irene has three certifications for various aspects of career and job search support. She is a professional resume writer, interview coach and career coach.
